Job Summary
Perform a variety of technical and patient care procedures utilizing a multi-slice CT scanner, including starting IVs and administering contrast at the physician's direction. Operate power injectors and monitoring equipment while providing exemplary customer service within a team framework. Maintain a positive attitude and continue applying diagnostic X-ray and fluoroscopy experience to CT work. This per-diem evening shift role is based on-site at Swedish Redmond. Candidates must hold a Washington Radiologic Technologist credential and a National Provider BLS certification upon hire, with additional registry certification required within one year.
Required Qualifications
- Satisfactory completion of a formal radiologic technology program
- Washington Radiologic Technologist upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists upon hire
- National Registered Technologist - Computed Tomography
- National Computed Tomography Technologist - Nuclear Medicine Technology
Desired Qualifications
- 2 years experience as a Radiologic Technologist
- one-year in a CT Scan department
