Job Summary
Perform CT examinations according to physicians' orders, utilizing sophisticated CT equipment and adjusting imaging factors to produce optimal images for individual patients. Apply knowledge and judgment regarding imaging technique and patient treatment needs, accommodating special or age-related requirements. Maintain Oregon Medical Imaging License and National Provider BLS certification upon hire, with additional registry certifications required within one year. Work flexible full-time or part-time shifts including days and evenings at Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center in Oregon City.
Required Qualifications
- Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- Oregon Medical Imaging License from Oregon State Board upon hire
- National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists upon hire
- National Registered Technologist - Nuclear Medicine Technology upon hire
- National Registered Technologist - Computed Tomography within 1 year of hire
- National Computed Tomography Technologist - Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board within 1 year of hire
