Job Summary
Independently perform CT procedures using a multi-slice CT scanner, applying clinical judgment to ensure optimal imaging quality and patient safety. Operate power injectors and patient monitoring equipment while starting IVs and administering contrast as directed by the onsite physician. Deliver clear communication and compassion throughout the patient experience while actively participating in a collaborative team environment. Also perform diagnostic X-ray and fluoroscopy procedures as needed. This Night shift role is full-time, on-site at Swedish First Hill in Seattle, WA.
Required Qualifications
- Satisfactory completion of a formal radiologic technology program
- Washington Radiologic Technologist
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
- National Registered Technologist - Computed Tomography
- National Computed Tomography Technologist - Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board
Desired Qualifications
- 2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist
- one-year in a CT Scan department
