Job Summary
CT Technologist role at Cleveland Clinic Martin Health in Stuart, FL. Responsibilities include producing cross-section images for diagnosis, administering contrast materials, preparing and operating CT equipment, and positioning patients to capture appropriate images. Duties also encompass interpreting scanning instructions, coordinating scheduling and information flow, documenting in charts and ensuring electronic data is correctly transmitted, inspecting equipment, and providing imaging copies. Maintains ALARA standards, adheres to regulations, maintains supplies, and collaborates with department leadership to meet goals. Required: graduated from an accredited School of Radiologic Technology, ARRT RT(R) in good standing, CT certification within one year of hire, state licensure, and BLS certification. Preferred: experience as an Imaging Technologist in acute care. Schedule commonly includes 3x12s or 4x10s with rotating weekends/holidays; on-site role with no remote work. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Radiologic Technology
- Registered Technologist credentialed by The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists [R.T.(R) (ARRT)] in good standing
- Certification in Computed Tomography [R.T.(R) (CT) (ARRT)] within one year of hire
- Current state licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross
