Conduct CT scans as directed by physicians, positioning patients accurately and utilizing proper protocols for all procedures. Identify patients, obtain clinical histories, and communicate with nursing or physicians regarding patient needs, including IV sedation or biopsies. Perform warm-up calibrations, operate PACS systems, and archive studies while ensuring rooms are cleaned and stocked with supplies. Administer IV contrast safely, verify injections, and charge procedure codes accurately. Respond to emergency situations, train co-workers, and assist in assigned CT rooms while maintaining competency and compliance with Prisma Health's purpose.
