Job Summary
CT Technologist performs diagnostic imaging procedures using CT equipment, ensures patient safety, maintains high-quality imaging standards, and communicates effectively with patients and healthcare professionals to support diagnosis and treatment. Requires graduation from an accredited Imaging Program with clinical hours, ARRT registry (or eligibility with registration achievable within 6 months), and BLS within 30 days of hire; state licensure may be required depending on practice state. Strong attention to detail, ability to operate imaging equipment, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative healthcare setting are emphasized; physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs and standing/walking through shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Imaging Program
- State licensure may be required depending on the state of practice
- ARRT registry OR Registry eligible (Achieve registry within 6 months of eligibility)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire
