Job Summary
Perform CT scan and radiology procedures independently with technical proficiency, applying prescribed ionizing radiation while exercising judgment and initiative. Assume responsibility for designated areas or procedures and maintain high-quality imaging standards to support accurate physician interpretation. Conduct diagnostic examinations on patients spanning all age groups, from neonates through geriatric patients, while following all radiation safety protocols and collaborating with clinical staff to meet diagnostic imaging needs. This full-time, on-site role at a 267-bed Advanced Primary Stroke Center offers multiple shift options, including days, nights, and weekend rotations, with a $15,000 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of CT experience
- Graduate from an accredited Radiology Technology School
- Current Florida State Registered Radiologic Technologist
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
Desired Qualifications
- Registered Radiographer through ARRT with R and CT registry
