CT Technologist

Perform CT scans on patients in accordance with established protocols, preparing them for procedures by explaining the process, ensuring comfort, and positioning them correctly. Administer contrast media as needed while monitoring patients throughout the procedure to ensure safety and comfort. Operate and maintain CT imaging equipment, conducting quality control checks, and review images to verify proper positioning and image quality. Work closely with radiologists and other healthcare providers to support accurate diagnosis and treatment planning, while maintaining patient records and adhering to radiation safety standards. Provide emotional support to anxious patients and participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with industry advancements.
