Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• •Graduate from an accredited American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) approved program in Radiologic Technology
• •One year of experience in Computer Tomography (CT)
• •Knowledge of CT Radiology procedures
• •Knowledge of CT Scanners
• •Knowledge of radiation safety
• •Knowledge of universal precautions
• •Knowledge of immunology protocols
• •Knowledge of general office software and equipment
• •Skill to apply knowledge of CT Scanners and radiology procedures to produce contrast and non-contrast studies of all body locations
• •Skill to ensure all scans adhere to radiation safety, universal protections, and immunology
• •Ability to complete paperwork correctly and efficiently
• •Ability to maintain rooms orderly and clean
• •Ability to read
• •Ability to write legibly
• •Ability to speak in English
• •Ability to use computer, printer, and software programs necessary to the position
• •Ability to comprehend and follow-through with instructions
• •Ability to relate and communicate positively, effectively, and professionally with others

• •IV Certification
• •Basic life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
• •Computed Tomography (CT) ARRT Registry eligible
• •ARRT (CT) certification

Desired Qualifications

• •Spanish language ability
• •Computed Tomography (CT) ARRT Registry certification obtained within 6 months of hire date
• •ARRT (CT) certification obtained within 12 months of hire date
