CT Tech, PRN

Per diem CT Tech to perform high-quality CT imaging across diverse clinical settings. Operates and troubleshoots CT scanners, selects imaging protocols, and adjusts factors to optimize image quality while minimizing radiation exposure (ALARA). Maintains infection prevention standards, verifies patient identities, obtains consent, and adheres to regulatory guidelines. Prepares and administers contrast under supervision, addresses potential reactions, and ensures accurate documentation in the EMR. Ensures rooms and equipment are clean and stocked, participates in quality control and performance improvement, and mentors staff or students as needed. Works with radiologists, nurses, and the care team to deliver safe, compassionate patient care and contribute to workflow improvements within Piedmont Healthcare's network.
