Job Summary
CT Tech sought for night-shift contract work (8pm-6:30am) performing routine and advanced CT procedures, including contrast studies, with radiology- and fluoroscopy-related responsibilities. Must hold ARRT CT certification and ARRT (R) credentials, active BLS, and state radiology license/fluoroscopy permit. Candidates should have experience with mobile and stationary radiographic/fluoroscopic equipment, strong knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology, and familiarity with PACS/EMR systems and CT equipment troubleshooting. The role requires experience with trauma, stroke, and emergency department patients, adherence to radiation safety and image quality standards, and proficient patient positioning. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of CT Technologist experience required; acute care/hospital experience
- Active ARRT (R) certification; ARRT (CT)
- Current BLS certification
- Radiology license and fluoroscopy permit as required by State
- Knowledge of mobile and stationary Radiographic / Fluoroscopic equipment
- Extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology
- Experience performing routine and advanced CT procedures, including contrast studies
