Job Summary
Perform diagnostic Computerized Tomographic examinations in accordance with all prescribed standards under the direct guidance of the supervising Radiologist. Provide patient care to all age groups, including neonatal, pediatrics, adult, and geriatrics, using ionizing radiation to produce cross-sectional images for diagnosis and treatment. Requires AMA approved Radiologic Technology program graduation, ARRT certification, BLS certification, and registered status with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology. Preferred is six months experience as a Radiological Technologist. This role is part-time, PRN at Piedmont Fayette Hospital.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT accredited hospital-based training program
- Certified by the American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT)
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (R)
- BLS certified
Desired Qualifications
- 6 months experience as a Radiological Technologist
