Job Summary
CT Technologists operate computed tomography to produce cross-sectional diagnostic images under the supervision of a Radiologist, providing patient care across neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations. Responsibilities include performing diagnostic CT examinations in accordance with prescribed standards, and ensuring quality care and safety for patients. Requires completion of an AMA or JRCERT-accredited radiologic technology program, 6 months of radiologic technologist experience, ARRT certification, and BCLS certification. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of handling diverse patient needs during night shifts in a hospital setting.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT accredited hospital-based training program Required
- 6 months experience as a Radiological Technologist Required
- ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (R) Upon Hire Required and
- BCLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required
