Job Summary
Conduct CT scanning procedures for newborns, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients to produce clinically diagnostic images. Operate CT equipment, develop films, and prepare rooms while ensuring patient comfort and safety. Monitor quality control and maintain supply sterility for assigned areas. Act as the patient's primary resource and advocate during technical procedures requiring minimal supervision. Work weekends from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM with a competitive sign-on bonus available.
Required Qualifications
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology
- Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology
- Full range of body motion to pass a basic FIT test to include bending, stooping, standing and sitting for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Visual acuity
