Job Summary
Perform CT scans of patients in accordance with physician orders and protocols, positioning them correctly to ensure accurate imaging results. Operate and maintain CT equipment while administering contrast agents and monitoring patients for reactions. Ensure patient safety by following all guidelines, providing instructions and comfort throughout the process, and maintaining accurate patient records. Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare professionals to deliver excellent care while adhering to infection control and privacy standards. Required Qualifications
- Registered CT Technologist (ARRT) certification
- State licensure as a radiologic technologist
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology
- At least 1-2 years of experience in CT scanning
- Ability to operate and maintain CT equipment effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent patient care skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
