Job Summary
Perform all imaging and clinical duties for CT scans, ultrasound, PET scans, interventional radiology, digital mammography, and nuclear medicine. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide imaging services, execute special imaging techniques, and assist radiologists with interventional procedures requiring CT guidance. Communicate clearly, build collaborative relationships, and take initiative to improve the patient experience while maintaining accountability for performance. Maintain current Basic Life Support and American Registry of Radiologic Technologists certification, along with Texas Department of State Health certification. Work a 12X3 day shift from 6:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Friday through Sunday at a Magnet-designated Level III Trauma Center.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technologist Program
- Current Basic Life Support certification
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
- Texas Department of State Health certification
