Job Summary
Perform diagnostic Computerized Tomographic examinations using ionizing radiation to produce cross-sectional images for patient diagnosis and treatment under the direct guidance of a supervising Radiologist. Provide patient care across all age groups, including neonatal, pediatrics, adult, and geriatric populations, while adhering to all prescribed standards. Maintain ARRT registration and BCLS certification upon hire. This evening shift role at Piedmont Newnan Hospital requires a graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program with six months of experience as a Radiological Technologist.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT accredited hospital-based training program
- 6 months experience as a Radiological Technologist
- ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (R)
- BCLS - Basic Life Support
