Job Summary
Operate computerized tomography equipment to produce films of designated portions of the human body for neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. Maintain certification as a Registered CT Technologist with the ARRT or NMTCB and hold current American Heart Association Basic Life Support credentials. Work the 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. shift at Northside Hospital's Hamilton Mill OP Center, with no weekend or on-call requirements. Prior CT scanning experience and IV catheter insertion skills are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an ARRT or NMTCB accredited school
- Registered CT Technologist with the ARRT (CT) or NMTCB (CT)
- Must hold American Heart Association Current Basic Life Support (BLS)
Desired Qualifications
- Prior training or experience in Computerized Tomography (CT) scanning
- Ability to insert intravenous catheter
