Job Summary
Greet patients, screen for clinical history, and assist CT Technologists with patient positioning, transport, and room preparation. Manage patient flow by answering phones, relaying messages, and entering orders into Epic while maintaining confidentiality. Complete discharge procedures, restock scan rooms, and order supplies as needed. Verify patient identification, follow safety policies, and participate in mandatory education. Work varied shifts with a budget of $20.20-$27.19 per diem. Requires BLS certification and six to twelve months of healthcare experience.
Required Qualifications
- Equivalent to four (4) years of high school
- Six to twelve (6-12) months' experience
- BLS - Basic Life Support (AHA) Certification
- Basic knowledge of personal computer (PC) systems
- Ability to learn basic scheduling software
- Ability to work with word processing applications
- Must be able to work independently as well as in a team
- Must be self-motivated
- Must be able to work in a healthcare setting
- Must maintain a professional manner and appearance
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
