Job Summary
Lead the entire Stratford Store 84 operation by ensuring a pleasant shopping experience, resolving customer and associate concerns, and executing sales strategies to maximize profitability. Supervise daily tasks for all associates, manage labor schedules, and accurately complete paperwork for cash, lottery, shrink, and waste. Analyze income statements to drive financial performance while building strong relationships with community partners and monitoring local competition. Work all shifts, weekends, and holidays with self-motivation and integrity.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) equivalent
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
- Experience with leading and building a highly effective team
- Experience selecting, training, and performance management of staff
- Availability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable Transportation
- Excellent Leadership Skills in a fast-paced environment
