Job Summary
Conduct CT scan procedures for patients under physician orders while ensuring safety and high-quality imaging. Generate diagnostic images in a timely manner and maintain radiation safety standards throughout the process. Provide patient care and operate equipment according to department-specific training protocols. Requires ARRT registration, CT registry eligibility, and Texas Medical Board certification. Full BLS certification and valid driver's license are mandatory for campus travel. This part-time role involves evening and night shifts at OakBend Medical Center, an independent hospital serving the community since 1950.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited or registered school of Radiologic Technology
- Must have previous CT experience
- Registered ARRT
- CT Registered/Registry eligible within 90 days of hire
- Certified by the Texas Medical Board as a Medical Radiologic Technologist (CMRT)
- American Heart Association BLS Certification
- Valid Drivers' license
