Job Summary
Oversee daily CT department operations, including workflow, staffing, patient scheduling, and equipment management to ensure high-quality imaging services and regulatory compliance. Supervise and train CT technologists while maintaining 24/7 service coverage and operational readiness. Collaborate with physicians and hospital leadership to support diagnostic needs and drive performance improvement initiatives. Address operational issues promptly to enhance efficiency and patient outcomes within a 380-bed acute care hospital in Fort Pierce.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree
- Current ARRT (R) certification
- Active Radiologic Technologist (RT) license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum of 3 years of CT imaging experience
- At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience in CT
