CT/Radiology Technologist - PRN Night shift

Job Summary
Operate and maintain CT and X-Ray imaging equipment, including CR readers and PACS systems, while performing daily, weekly, and periodic maintenance checks. Provide technical assistance and supportive patient care to physicians, nurses, and administrative staff, and perform basic clinical procedures under direction. Collect laboratory samples, conduct quality control, proficiency testing, and split sample analysis in accordance with COLA and CLIA regulations, ensuring all documentation and logs are maintained. Perform duties as an ER Technician as needed and travel to all facility locations. Work night shifts (7p-7a) in a PRN capacity at a 22-bed small-format hospital.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Graduation from an AMA-approved school of Radiology Technology
- Certified as a medical radiologic technologist as required by the state in which practicing
- Registered Technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in radiography
- Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association
- CT certification required within 12 months of hire (Pennsylvania market)
- Proficiency with most X-ray/CT equipment, manufacturer's hardware/software and PACS
- Position requires fluency in English; written and oral communication
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Radiology
- CT Certification
- Registered Technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in computed tomography
- 2+ years radiologic/imaging experience
- 1+ years of CT experience
- 1+ years of emergency room experience
