CT/Radiology Technologist - PRN Day/Swing shift

Job Summary
Operate and maintain CT, X-Ray, and PACS equipment while performing imaging exams, collecting laboratory samples, and conducting quality control and proficiency testing. Provide technical assistance and supportive patient care to physicians and nurses, perform basic clinical procedures, and maintain all required documentation and logs. Ensure physician notification of results and complete routine maintenance checks for all imaging department equipment. Perform duties as an ER Technician when needed and travel to facility locations as required. Work various day, swing, or night shifts at a 29-bed small-format hospital in Zarzamora.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Graduation from an AMA-approved school of Radiology Technology
- Certified as a medical radiologic technologist as required by the state in which practicing
- Registered Technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in radiography
- Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association
- CT certification required within 12 months of hire (Pennsylvania market)
- 2+ years radiologic/imaging experience
- 1+ years of CT experience
- 1+ years of emergency room experience
- Proficiency with most X-ray/CT equipment, manufacturer's hardware/software and PACS
- Position requires fluency in English; written and oral communication
- CT Certification
- Registered Technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in computed tomography
- Associate's Degree in Radiology
- Travel to all facility locations as required
- Attend staff meetings or other company sponsored or mandated meetings as required
