CT/Radiology Technologist

Job Summary
CT/Radiology Technologist role performing CT and X-ray imaging with minimal supervision. Responsibilities include operating imaging equipment (X-Ray, CT, CR reader, PACS), maintaining documentation and records, performing lab testing per policies (COLA/CLIA), conducting quality control and proficiency testing, maintaining supplies, and traveling to all facility locations as required. Also performs ER Technician duties as needed and attends required meetings. Requires high school diploma or GED, AMA-approved Radiology Technology program graduate, ARRT radiography registration, CT certification within 12 months of hire in PA, and current BLS. 2+ years radiologic/imaging experience and 1+ year CT/ER experience preferred; English fluency required; PA clearances required.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Graduation from an AMA-approved school of Radiology Technology
- Associate’s degree in Radiology, preferred
- Certified as a medical radiologic technologist as required by the state in which practicing
- Registered Technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in radiography
- ARRT in computed tomography, preferred
- CT certification required within 12 months of hire (Pennsylvania market)
- Current BLS certification
- 2+ years radiologic/imaging experience, preferred
- 1+ years of CT experience, preferred
- 1+ years of emergency room experience, preferred
- Proficiency with most X-ray/CT equipment
- fluency in English (written and oral)
- Act 33 and Act 73 clearances for PA candidates
