Job Summary
Performs diagnostic imaging procedures in at least one advanced imaging modality (CT, MRI, Interventional, Mammography, Bone Density, Cardiac Catheterization) on adults and/or pediatric patients for diagnosis and/or treatment, including quality control. Prepares patient and equipment; conducts studies independently, in on-call situations, portable exams, and other sites as required. May work with a team to support high-volume imaging and uses state-of-the-art CT technology (photon-counting CT) as part of a Magnet-certified radiology department. Requires licensure/certification in RTR, CT, MR, M, BD, CI, VI, RCIS, RCES and maintains relevant ARRT/ASRT credentials. Relocation bonus eligibility offered; 5% differential on CT certification noted. Strong emphasis on imaging quality, patient preparation, and collaboration with surgical teams and radiology staff.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in related field
- Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography - R.T.(R) and/or CT
- License or certification RTR,CT,MR,M,BD,CI,VI,RCIS,RCES
- Experience in CT, MRI, Interventional, Mammography, Bone Density, Cardiac Catheterization modalities (preferred)
- ARRT, BD, CI, N, VI, ASRT credentials are relevant to role
