Job Summary
Lead quality compliance and training on workmanship standards (IPC-610) to ensure all outgoing products meet strict adherence protocols. Develop and execute quality plans for customer accounts, review device history records, and manage Engineering Change Notifications (ECNs) by analyzing impacts and implementing corrective actions. Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis of non-conformances and customer issues using techniques like PFMEA and Five Whys. Support PCBA manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering teams to resolve material issues, manage the Material Review Board (MRB), and assist in regulatory audits. Approximately 70% of work occurs in the precision PCBA production area, with the remainder in office and warehouse settings.

Desired Qualifications
- Current or previous IPC-A-610 and/or J-STD-001 certification
- Instructor level certification
- Knowledge of IPC 620 standard
- Placement and inspection equipment knowledge
- AOI knowledge
- Mydata knowledge
- Juki/Fuji knowledge
- Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
- 5 to 7 years professional experience in PCB quality manufacturing
- Skills in MS Word
- Skills in MS Excel
- Skills in MS Visio
