Job Summary
Lead CSV activities for DeltaV infrastructure projects, including validation planning, IQ/OQ execution, traceability, and documentation. Design and implement DeltaV Batch systems with ISA-88 compliant recipe structures while managing system architecture from virtualization to field instrumentation. Execute the full project lifecycle from design through commissioning and plant start-up, ensuring GMP and FDA 21 CFR Part 11 compliance. Implement cybersecurity controls and troubleshoot complex automation issues across field, control, and DCS layers. Provide preventive and corrective maintenance with structured service reporting. Collaborate with vendors and engineering teams to deliver validated automation solutions across Life Sciences, Oil & Gas, and Chemical industries.
Required Qualifications
- Emerson DeltaV Certifications: Batch Configuration, Continuous Configuration, SIS Service, Upgrade, Cybersecurity Assessment
- Strong knowledge of CSV methodologies and regulatory compliance (GAMP, GMP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11)
- Expertise in DeltaV DCS, Batch, SCADA, PLCs (Modicon, ABB 800xA), and industrial communication protocols (OPC, Modbus, Fieldbus, Ethernet)
- Hands-on experience with virtualization platforms (Hyper-V, Dell VRTX, HCI)
- Familiarity with AMS Device Manager, PI Systems, and SCADA integration
- Offshore BOSIET certified
- RA & WL (PTW Level 2) certified
- Mandatory Experience on Kneat Software
