Job Summary
Assist the team leader in providing behavioral and substance use disorder treatment interventions while supporting consumers with mental health, substance use, or co-occurring issues in behavioral change and skill-building. Develop and implement relapse prevention strategies, provide case management and counseling services in a community-based setting, and monitor progress to adjust care plans as needed. Collaborate with other service providers and community resources to ensure comprehensive care for adult consumers facing complex treatment needs. This full-time role offers paid vacation, medical/dental/vision insurance, and licensure supervision at Clarvida, a trusted provider of integrated, person-centered behavioral health services.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in a human service field (e.g., social work, psychology, counseling) and one year of full-time, post-graduate degree experience with the target population
- Bachelor's degree in a human service field with two years of full-time, post-bachelor's degree experience with the population served
- Licensure as a CCS, CADC, LCAS, LCAS-A, or CSAC in North Carolina
- Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills

- Training in trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices
