Job Summary
Senior Training & Education Specialist for SEA region responsible for planning, developing, and delivering training programs for healthcare professionals, technicians, and surgical teams on Cranial Spine and ENT Large Capital technologies. Travel up to 60% across SEA, with the creation of in-house training materials, coordination of virtual and hybrid training programs, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to align educational objectives with business needs. Build regional faculty/KOL networks, recruit and contract trainers, develop procedural content, manage regional training calendars and budgets, ensure compliance with policies, and assess training effectiveness to drive learner engagement and outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, OR Associate’s Degree OR Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in a clinical lab setting, clinical training, field sales/support in medical devices, healthcare, or related industry
- Medical Device Large Capital experience
- Experience developing and delivering technical or clinical training programs
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to educate clinical and technical audiences
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision while managing multiple projects and priorities
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross functional teams and influence stakeholders
- Experience analyzing training effectiveness and improving training programs or processes
- Familiarity with clinical environments, medical technology, or healthcare systems is preferred
- Navigation and Robotics experience
