Job Summary
Senior Training & Education Specialist for CST & ENT Large Capital technologies in SEA, responsible for planning, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs for healthcare professionals, technicians, and surgical teams; drive cross-functional collaboration, build regional faculty/KOL networks, and develop virtual and in-person training content while ensuring regulatory and company guidelines are met; travel up to 60% within SEA and partner with commercial, marketing, and societies to align education with therapy-specific objectives.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent OR Associate’s Degree OR Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in clinical training, medical devices, healthcare, or related industry; Large Capital experience preferred
- Experience developing and delivering technical or clinical training programs
- Strong communication and presentation skills across clinical and technical audiences
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a related field
- Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in a clinical lab setting, clinical training, field sales/support in medical devices, healthcare, or related industry
- Medical Device Large Capital experience
- Experience developing and delivering technical or clinical training programs
- Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse clinical and technical audiences
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision while managing multiple projects
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
- Experience analyzing training effectiveness and improving training programs or processes
- Familiarity with clinical environments, medical technology, or healthcare systems is preferred
- Navigation and Robotics experience
