Job Summary
Act as the technical cybersecurity liaison for subscriber organizations, resolving complex security posture issues, patching delays, and system misconfigurations. Track CISA's Known Exploited Vulnerabilities (KEV) catalog using standardized frameworks to prioritize mitigation and coordinate rapid remediation. Execute comprehensive vulnerability assessments using the Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) to deliver actionable remediation steps. Monitor cyber threat intelligence feeds and indicators of compromise to anticipate emerging vectors and adjust defensive postures. Support CSSP Evaluator Scoring Metric (ESM) compliance assessments by gathering technical evidence and conducting internal control reviews for DoDIN mandated evaluations. Coordinate Blue Team assessments and validate endpoint security tools to ensure malware protection policies are active and correctly configured. Lead compliance-focused working groups with subscriber IT teams to ensure readiness for rigorous audits. Requires Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II or higher, and 2–10 years of cybersecurity experience. Day shift Monday through Friday at Fort Belvoir, VA.
Required Qualifications
- Active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
- DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II or higher certification
- DoD 8570/8140 CSSP Auditor or equivalent certification (e.g., CEH, CFR, CySA+, GCIA, GCIH)
- 2–10 years of progressive cybersecurity, threat intelligence, or vulnerability management experience
- BA/BS College degree
- U.S. Citizenship
