Job Summary
CSSD Technician responsible for the cleaning, assembly, inspection, wrapping and sterilisation of surgical instruments and medical equipment for the sterilising department, coordinating with Operating Theatre staff to provide timely sterile products and ensuring workflow continuity between theatres and sterilisation while delivering strong customer service. Must communicate effectively, pay close attention to detail, work well in a team and independently when needed, and participate in continuous improvement efforts. Role includes complying with related checks and immunisation requirements as part of Ramsay Health Care’s safety and compliance standards.
Required Qualifications
- Must provide or complete a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months.
- Role-specific immunisation proof may be required.
- Working-With-Children Check may be required.
