CSRD Reporting Expert, (Project Manager)

Job Summary
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of Tokmanni Group's CSRD reporting process while collecting, analyzing, and validating sustainability data across the organization. Prepare and develop sustainability report content in line with ESRS requirements, interpret regulatory mandates, and translate them into practical reporting actions. Update the Group's Double Materiality Assessment and develop reporting processes, data management practices, and tools. Produce and review reporting materials in Finnish and English, coordinating translations to ensure consistency. Work closely with stakeholders across sustainability, finance, HR, procurement, legal, marketing, business operations, and external assurance providers. This one-year parental leave replacement role supports the continuous development of reporting capabilities within the Group's Sustainability team.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience preparing CSRD reporting in a listed company or as a consultant supporting listed companies
- Proven track record in sustainability data collection, data management and drafting CSRD-compliant sustainability report content
- Deep and comprehensive expertise in the ESRS standards and demonstrated ability to apply them in practice within CSRD reporting
- Strong understanding of the sustainability reporting regulatory landscape and reporting frameworks
- Excellent written communication skills and experience drafting reporting content
- Fluency in both Finnish and English, with the ability to translate and adapt content between the two languages
- Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail
- A structured, self-driven, and solution-oriented way of working
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to drive progress without formal authority
- Ability to start working as soon as possible
- Experience in double materiality assessments
- Knowledge of the retail or consumer goods industry
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in Swedish is considered an asset
