Job Summary
Join Dal-Tile as a Customer Service/Warehouse Associate responsible for servicing walk-in customers, processing sales transactions in conjunction with material handling duties (receiving, loading/unloading, pulling/assembling orders, inventory checks), and performing warehouse tasks. The role may involve daily use of forklift and/or crane equipment. Primary duties include customer service, order processing, payments, inventory and reports, stock replenishment, receiving inbound material, and maintaining safe, clean facilities. Expected base pay range is $17.02–$21.26 per hour with potential bonuses and benefits. Requires HS diploma or equivalent and 1+ years of customer service and warehouse experience. Physical duties include lifting up to 15-30 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs with team lifts; some boxes may exceed 70 lbs or require team lifting. Equal Opportunity Employer.
