Job Summary

Customer Service Representative within the CSR/account team focused on day-to-day client account management and delivering excellent customer service. Supports senior team members, assists junior staff, and engages with internal and external stakeholders through various communication channels. Responsibilities include liaising with customers on project status and timelines, preparing quotations with Senior CSR, requesting PO numbers, applying costs to systems, facilitating process improvements, supporting technology changes (RFC generation), and contributing to team development and best practices. Requires analytical skills to review resourcing, process, and financial challenges, plus strong written and verbal communication, cross-functional collaboration, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Office365, PowerPoint, and Mac OS. Occasional regional travel expected; typical office environment.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years client service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office365, Power Point, Mac OS familiarity
  • Ability to plan, prioritise and organise to achieve goals
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to build relationships & collaborate across teams
  • Experience in handling quotations, purchase orders, and cost application in systems
  • Ability to work across regional and global teams
