Job Summary
Provide excellent customer care for daily transactions, inquiries, and problem resolution while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to bank policies. Perform office operations by balancing records, identifying system outages, and collaborating with the platform team to ensure efficient office function. Handle consumer and business customer problems professionally, directing complex issues to leadership as necessary. Meet or exceed sales referrals by initiating conversations to uncover customer needs and effectively referring clients to business partners for retail products and services. Monitor referral tools and dashboards to track progression and ensure proper disposition of all referrals. Maintain a well-developed knowledge of the complete line of retail products and services through self-motivation and in-house training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Ability to perform advanced math functions
- Ability to present a professional image
- Ability to interact comfortably and confidently with the public
- Ability to initiate dialogue
- Ability to properly read and write well enough to communicate in both oral and written form
- Knowledge of retail policies and procedures
- Ability to take initiative
- Ability to utilize sound judgment in decision-making
- Ability to demonstrate diplomacy and tact in problem resolution
