Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service in a banking environment, deepen relationships with customers, and guide them to appropriate financial solutions. Perform daily office responsibilities, maintain accurate balancing records, understand bank policies, handle consumer and business customer problems with professionalism, and refer customers to bankers and business partners for consultative conversations. Maintain confidentiality and follow codes of conduct, ethics, and risk-management practices, while staying up to date on policy changes and offering referrals for Retail products and services. Demonstrate strong judgment, integrity, and the ability to work with a team in a fast-paced retail banking setting.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Extensive cash handling
- Ability to interact comfortably and confidently with the public
- Knowledge of retail policies and procedures
