Job Summary
Conduct daily banking operations including cash handling, customer service interactions, and resolving consumer and business account issues. Maintain accurate balancing records, identify system outages, and refer complex customer needs to personal bankers for consultative conversations. Uphold bank policies, ethical conduct, and confidentiality while managing risk through proactive monitoring and reporting. Requires flexibility in scheduling and ability to interact comfortably with the public in a normal office environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Ability to interact comfortably and confidently with the public
- Knowledge of retail policies and procedures
- Ability to take initiative and demonstrate sound judgment in decision-making and problem resolution
- Flexibility in scheduling
- Ability to adhere to dress code guidelines
