Job Summary
Conduct cash handling, process deposits and withdrawals, and verify signatures for check encashment. Post transaction adjustments to the Current Account/Savings Account terminal at the start of the banking day. Accept and process fund transfers, remittances, and outward clearing operations while selling the Bank's products and services. This role develops in-depth understanding of banking industry products, operations, and policies through mentorship from industry experts. The position supports the Branch Banking Sector at the Metrobank Pateros Branch, fostering customer-service and problem-solving skills for fresh graduates and young professionals.
Required Qualifications
- Preferably graduate of business or finance course
- Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Customer service oriented and able to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment
