Job Summary
Conduct cash handling and processing for deposits, withdrawals, check encashment, and account closures while verifying signatures. Post daily transaction adjustments to the Current Account/Savings Account terminal and process fund transfers and remittances. Manage outward clearing operations and sell the Bank's and subsidiaries' products and services. Maintain an in-depth understanding of banking industry products, operations, and policies under mentorship from industry experts.
Required Qualifications
- Preferably graduate of business or finance course
- Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Customer service oriented and able to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment
