Job Summary
Conduct cash handling and processing for deposits, withdrawals, check encashment, and account closures while verifying signatures. Post daily transaction adjustments to the Current Account/Savings Account terminal and process fund transfers and remittances. Manage outward clearing operations and sell bank products and services to customers. This role develops in-depth industry knowledge and customer-service skills under mentorship at Metrobank's Novaliches Branch, supporting the bank's community-focused mission for fresh graduates and young professionals.
Required Qualifications
- Preferably graduate of business or finance course
- Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Customer service oriented and able to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment
