Job Summary
Conduct cash handling and processing for deposits, withdrawals, check encashment, and account closures while verifying signatures. Post daily transaction adjustments to Current and Savings Account terminals. Accept and process fund transfers, remittances, and outward clearing operations. Sell the Bank's products and services to customers. Develop an in-depth understanding of banking industry products, operations, and policies under mentorship. Fresh graduates in business or finance with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Preferably graduate of business or finance course
- Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Customer service oriented and able to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment
