Job Summary
Conduct cash handling, processing deposits and withdrawals, encash checks, and verify signatures. Post transaction adjustments to CA/SA terminals at the start of the banking day. Accept and process fund transfers, remittances, and outward clearing operations. Sell bank and subsidiary products and services to customers. Maintain an in-depth understanding of banking industry products, operations, and policies while developing customer-service and problem-solving skills under mentorship. This role is for fresh graduates and young professionals in the Branch Banking Sector at Metrobank Fort - TFT Branch.
Required Qualifications
- Preferably graduate of business or finance course
- Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Customer service oriented and able to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment
