Job Summary
Customer Service Representative - Teller position at Cebu Business Park Branch. Responsibilities include cash handling and processing cash/check deposits, withdrawals, check encashment, closing of accounts; posting transaction adjustments to CA/SA terminals; accepting and processing fund transfers and remittances; handling outward clearing operations; and selling the bank’s products and services. Role focuses on developing understanding of banking products, operations, and policies, while enhancing customer-service and problem-solving skills under mentorship. Office location: Cebu, Philippines. Qualifications include a business or finance background (preferably), strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, customer-service orientation, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
