Job Summary
Customer Service Representative - Teller at Metrobank for Borongan Samar Branch. Responsibilities include cash handling, deposits and withdrawals, check encashment, account closings, signature verification, posting transaction adjustments to CA/SA terminals, processing fund transfers and remittances, outward clearing, and selling the bank’s products and services. Develops understanding of banking products, operations, and policies, and enhances customer-service and problem-solving skills under mentorship. Ideal candidates are graduates in business/finance with strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities and a customer-service mindset; fresh graduates and young professionals are welcome to apply.
