Job Summary
Handle incoming and outbound calls to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and promote insurance products through upselling and cross-selling. Engage with clients to understand their needs, offer personalized solutions, and maintain accurate records of all interactions. Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues while adhering to regulatory compliance and data protection guidelines. Execute local store marketing initiatives and represent the company in all business activities. Requires bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, a 2-20/440 license, and experience in an insurance-related field.
Required Qualifications
