Job Summary
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and actively promote products and services. You must possess fluency in both English and Spanish to effectively engage with a diverse customer base. Responsibilities include managing incoming and outgoing customer calls, addressing concerns, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and basic computer proficiency are essential, along with an active Property & Casualty license and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active P&C (Property & Casualty) license required
- Basic proficiency in computer usage, including familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role
- Experience in sales or telemarketing
