Job Summary
CSR-Recruiter role focusing on full-cycle recruiting across multiple business units within a multi-site organization. Drives recruitment marketing initiatives, partners with corporate and hiring managers to forecast staffing needs, develops vendor strategies and performance metrics, manages candidate sourcing and assessment processes, builds strong relationships with HR and business leaders, tracks key staffing metrics, and ensures timely recruitment processes. Requires strong communication skills, independence, and proficiency in database management and record-keeping.
