Job Summary
Manage sales orders by checking and entering new orders based on distributor and customer POs. Support sales teams by checking factory shipping plans and improving delivery schedules. Collect payments from distributors and customers, and provide shipping instructions to the logistics department. Maintain the sales system and generate CSR reports while supporting internal and external sample requests. Requires 1-2 years of CSR experience, a bachelor's degree in English or business operations, and strong written and oral English skills. Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. provides small, highly energy efficient power solutions for industrial, telecom, cloud, automotive, and consumer applications.
